  • Customer: The individual or legal entity placing an order, including any authorized representative such as a property owner, estate agent, or property manager. References to “you” or “your” denote the customer.
  • Design Service: Our professional interior design service, covering conceptualisation through to installation.
  • Failed Delivery: A failure to meet the scheduled delivery date or an incomplete delivery.
  • Goods: The products ordered through our website as detailed in the invoice or purchase order.
  • Local Delivery Zones: Locations within Manchester’s M60 motorway and select areas in the North West.
  • Nationwide Service: Our courier service extending throughout mainland Great Britain beyond the Local Delivery Zones.
  • Next Day Service: Next working day delivery available for in-stock replenishment goods ordered before 4 PM within Greater Manchester, Liverpool, and select Northern areas.
  • Order: A request for goods or services placed by you through our website.
  • Packages Service: Our curated furnishing service, which includes pre-selected goods that are ready for delivery, assembly, and installation.
  • Personal Data: Information identifying or linked to an individual.
  • Rental Services: The provision of furniture packages on a rental basis, including delivery, assembly, and installation, for the duration of the rental agreement.
  • Services: Any services ordered through our website as specified in the invoice or purchase order, including but not limited to design consultation, installation, delivery, and removal of goods.

  • Terms of Sale: The conditions governing the supply of goods and services ordered through our site, subject to periodic amendments.

Customer Obligations

Your contract for orders of goods and/or services is with ADD Limited or its affiliates. You confirm and warrant the following:

  • The personal data you provide upon registration is true, accurate, and complete.
  • You will promptly update any changes to your personal data via your account.
  • The individual placing an order is authorized to do so on behalf of the customer.
  • Goods ordered are for private, non-commercial use and not intended for resale.
  • You are at least eighteen years of age; otherwise, a parent or guardian must supervise your use of the site.
  • The payment method used belongs to you and holds sufficient funds to cover the transaction.
  • You will not impersonate another individual or entity, nor use false credentials to place an order. Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

We reserve the right to terminate any order and restrict access to the site immediately if:

  • Payment is not received as due.
  • You materially breach any of our Terms of Sale.
  • You fail to provide requested information within a reasonable timeframe.
  • We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity related to your account.

Geographical Coverage

Our Next Day Service, Packages Service, Design Service, and Rental Services are available in our Local Delivery Zones:

  • London: Properties within the M25 motorway.
  • North West: Manchester, Liverpool, and surrounding suburbs.
  • Outside these zones, services may be available upon inquiry, subject to additional delivery charges and lead times.

Stock Availability & Pricing

All goods are subject to availability. While we strive to ensure accuracy in pricing and stock levels, we reserve the right to discontinue products without prior notice. If an item is unavailable at the time of order, we will offer an alternative or provide a full refund.

Price discrepancies between our website and printed materials may occur due to updates. If an error affects your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Quotations

Quotations remain valid for 14 calendar days, excluding VAT. After this period, pricing and availability may change. Orders will only be processed upon receipt of a signed quotation and full payment.

Payment Terms

  • Orders must be fully paid before scheduling delivery.
  • Credit and debit card payments may require identity verification.
  • Payments by other methods must clear before goods are dispatched.
  • Invoices are issued electronically and must be settled prior to delivery.

If payments are overdue, we reserve the right to:

  • Charge statutory interest at 8% plus the Bank of England base rate.
  • Recover legal costs associated with debt collection.
  • Assign debt obligations to a third party.

Order Placement & Delivery

  • Orders are subject to our acceptance and product availability.
  • All prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • The contract between you and us is established once we confirm your order and dispatch the goods.

Estimated delivery times are approximate, and while we endeavor to meet them, we cannot be held liable for delays. Delivery arrangements and access requirements must comply with our Customer Access Obligations.

Cancellation & Returns

  • Orders may be canceled within 14 days of receipt, except for customized or perishable goods.
  • Returns must be in original condition and packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days upon receipt of returned goods.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect losses such as:

  • Lost revenue, profits, or data.
  • Business disruptions or reputational harm.

Our total liability is capped at the amount paid for the goods or services in question.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by English law, and disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
